Inspired by a return to our favorite south-of-the equator city, our new Rio collection celebrates Rio de Janeiro’s lush joy, colors, landscape, jungles, beaches, and architecture.  Each hand-painted piece is truly one-of-a-kind — an evolving exploration and color palettes, shape and pattern.  In ceramics, clay and kiln are always willing collaborators and we developed these bespoke glazes to show the effects of heat and gravity of the firing.  Opening each cooling kiln, is a moment of wonder and surprise.
